Troubleshooting Cloud Login Issues

Partner should perform the following troubleshooting Steps to rule out \ in Cloud vs PC:

 

  1. Log in to virtual desktop using internet browser https://portal.itopiacloud.com.
  2. Go to Cielo and confirm user’s account is not locked out
  3. Log in from another pc using problematic user ID & password
  4. Configure & test native Remote Desktop Connection

 

Possible causes of Cloud Workspace RDP not connecting from the local pc:

  • Internet Down
  • Clear out Credential Manager (Start > Control Panel > Credential Manager, remove any entries pertaining to icloudlauncher.com > “Remove from fault”)
  • Cloud Workspace Preferences > Reset to Cloud Workspace Defaults
  • Cloud Workspace Diagnostics > View > Send Report
  • Windows Updates: not up to date
  • Firewall blocking
