The error message looks like bellow and doesn’t allow to open QB company file:
Following steps should be followed to solve the issue:
1. Temporary disable the multi user mode. Connect to the server via Cielo and open the affected version of Quickbooks, go to File - Utilities - Stop posting. Have user log in and open the company file. You can enable multi user mode back after they are logged in. That should take care of the error message.
2. Go to Start menu and open Quickbooks Database Server Manager on the server and browse to This PC – Local Disc - C: \ Data\ “Servername” and hit Scan.
