Adding New Client in Cielo

Information needed before proceeding:

  • You have the correct information about the company.
  • Business Name, Contact First and Last name, Email, Website, Phone Number, and Location
  • Make sure the information entered is correct.

 

1. Login to https://portal.cieloadmin.com

2. Click on Create Client in Cielo dashboard

 3. Fill out the required fields as shown below. It's best to include all client's email domains and check the option to receive our welcome email.

4. Click on the + sign to add new site
 

5. Click Save after filling in all the details. Then in the mail page click Save again to record both, the new Client and the Site.
